Ingredients:
- Spinach
- Tomato
- Cucumber (Half)
- Avocado
- Whole Lemon (Juiced)
- Black Olives (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
1. Chop spinach and place into a medium-sized bowl.
2. Dice tomato, cucumber, and avocado and toss into the bowl of spinach. Add in olives, if desired. (not pictured but definitely recommend)
3. Season with salt and pepper and pour lemon juice over. Stir.
