Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts
  • Garlic Clove
  • Garlic Powder
  • Adobo
  • Salt
  • 3 tsp parsley
  • 3 tsp Garlic Salt 
  • 6 tbsp butter 
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

2. Cut chicken breast in half and season with garlic powder, salt, and adobo.

   

3. Melt 4 tsp of butter in a pan, on medium heat.

4. Add in chicken and cook until it is lightly browned on both sides. (About 10 minutes per side)

   

5. While the chicken is cooking, melt 2 tsp of butter in a small bowl.  Mince the garlic clove and add it to the small bowl along with the parsley, garlic salt, and lemon juice.    

6. In a baking pan, pour in chicken broth and minced garlic.

7. Once the chicken has browned place in baking pan and place in oven. 

8. Bake chicken for 20 minutes, add parsley mix to one side, and flip the chicken over. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. 

9. Brush the parsley mix onto the chicken breasts and place chicken back in the oven for 10 minutes. 

10. Serve with your choice of side dishes and enjoy with a friend.
