Rumors 'N Decor was created when I was 8 years old. Only then, I had absolutely no idea what type of company I had in mind. I came up with the name simply while I was playing and well, it stuck. When I'd play "restaurant" the menu's were labeled "Welcome to Rumors 'N Decor!" So was this the name of my future restaurant? 

As I grew older, i started to think...what does Rumors 'N Decor even mean? I started to second guess my 8 year old vision. Is it Rumors AND Decor? Rumors IN Decor? Only recently I have begun to trust my eight-year old mind. It isn't any of those, it's what I made it when I was eight. Rumors 'N Decor.

I sat down and made meaning of the name while thinking about some of my passions. Binge watching interior design shows, eager to plan everybody's birthday party, and creating new recipes are just a few. Yes, these are all different fields but they're all what I enjoy in my everyday routine.

So, that's when I knew. I knew that my eight-year-old self came up with this name for a reason, I just had to find the meaning. I had to find myself. I've been on a great journey exploring and pursing my passions and I invite you all on that Journey with me.
